For US and Canadian orders, we accept hair extension returns within 60 days of delivery. A $9.95 USD return label fee and the initial shipping method fee will be deducted from your refund.

All hair and packaging must be in original condition with ties intact. Any hair that's been toned, dyed, previously installed, or has ties and tags removed is considered a final sale. Items clearly marked as final sale in the product description are not eligible for return. Submit your return request here.
