Yes. Bombay Hair Pro is built for licensed stylists, salon owners, booth renters, hair educators, retailers, and wholesale buyers. If you work professionally in the hair industry, you're eligible. We don't gate access by salon size or business structure.
Pro pricing isn't shown publicly. It's reserved for approved professionals. Once you create an account at bombayhairpro.com and your Pro application is approved, wholesale pricing is unlocked on every product in the catalogue and applies automatically at checkout. No coupons, no tiers, no qualifying spend.
No. There are no minimum orders, no monthly fees, no annual costs, and no contracts. You can order one set of clip-ins or fifty wefts. We don't care. The Pro pricing is the same.
Yes. Pro members can sell at MSRP through their salon as part of a service or as retail. If you want to discount below MSRP, just send us a quick note in writing first. Reselling to other wholesale accounts isn't allowed and is grounds for termination.

Unused hair can be returned within 60 days through the dedicated Pro return portal. Installed hair does not carry a wear warranty.
Most stylists hear back within 24 hours of submitting the Pro registration form. Once approved, Pro pricing is live on your account immediately. There's no waiting period or onboarding call required.
International Pro accounts follow the same Pro program terms as US and Canadian accounts. Express orders before 12pm PST ship the same day, with next-day delivery available. No duties on US orders up to $800.

Yes. We sell a full color swatch ring and individual color swatches as separate products. They're available for purchase on bombayhairpro.com, not free, but they're the best way to verify shades before placing a wholesale order. Pro pricing applies on the swatches too.
Reselling Bombay Hair wholesale to other wholesale accounts is grounds for immediate Pro program termination. Tagging competitor brands in social posts featuring BH hair is also a termination clause. We enforce both. Your Pro investment is protected by active monitoring, not just a policy buried in terms.
