Hair Extension Return/Exchange Image Requirements

Thank you for submitting a return/exchange request. 

 

In order to proceed with a return or exchange, we will need a clear photo of both bundles of the hair extensions, like the example below - showing the ties. 

 

If we do not receive a clear photo OF ALL bundle (s), we will have to deny your request within 1 business day.
