**A quick tip for the locking mechanism: The lock is designed to engage only once the barrels are properly and fully inserted. If the internal pins are not perfectly aligned or if the attachment isn't pushed all the way down until it is flush against the base, the ring will feel very rigid or won't twist at all. Please ensure the barrel is firmly seated—once the pins are correctly positioned, the ring should twist into place.

Please rest assured that our tools are built to be durable, and a firm twist is sometimes necessary during the first few uses while the mechanism "breaks in."
